Scope
These general terms and conditions are an inseparable part of the range of services.
By placing an order in the online shop via culinarycrafttours.com, the customer therefore also agrees to these terms and conditions. In all other respects, these contractual terms and conditions shall be valid in any case if this has been agreed in detail between the contracting parties.
The terms and conditions, the terms of delivery and payment as well as the data protection regulations may be adjusted from time to time. For customers, the terms and conditions valid at the time of the order always apply.
When making a booking, the customer confirms that he fully accepts these terms and conditions, including the terms of payment.

Offer and Acceptance
The goods and vouchers for tours described in the online shop are non-binding and subject to change and do not constitute an offer from Culinary Craft Tours to the customer. Only when the goods and/or vouchers are ordered with obligation to pay by clicking on the button "order with obligation to pay" at the end of the ordering process does the customer submit a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. Culinary Craft Tours is under no obligation to accept this offer.

Customers will receive an order confirmation. The contract is only concluded with the electronic delivery of the digital voucher to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

Culinary Craft Tours does not guarantee the availability of the tours or tours described in the online shop. the taking place of guided tours, for example in cases of force majeure (

The valid conclusion of the contract is subject to the proviso that the customer must comply with the 18th anniversary of the contract when ordering tours of alcoholic beverages. has already reached the age of one. Culinary Craft Tours therefore reserves the right to refuse the handover of the goods to minors and not to carry them out.

Upon receipt of the voucher, it can either be redeemed by the user or sent to third parties. If the voucher is redeemed by the customer or a third party by entering the number code when booking the tour, it is validated and can no longer be redeemed.  

Terms of payment
Culinary Craft Tours reserves the right to insist on prepayment. Payments must be made by the participant without any deduction (e.g. discount, expenses, taxes, fees, etc.) afford to. Payment is made by online bank transfer at the time of booking.

Withdrawal
Within the meaning of the FAGG (Distance Selling and Foreign Transactions Act) or the cancellation policy, the customer who is a consumer is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal, which begins with the start of the service.
The revocation does not require any justification.
The customer is entitled to a further right of withdrawal, whereby this can be exercised at any time. With this right of withdrawal, which is not subject to the FAGG, the customer has the option of choosing between two options for reimbursement

- Transfer of the payment already made to a voucher for any services offered by Culinary Craft Tours
- Refund of the amount to the respective customer account minus 15% cancellation fee

Prices 
The prices quoted by Culinary Craft Tours are strictly net in euros (EUR). All services that go beyond those described in the confirmation of participation as well as any additional costs shall be borne by the participant.
We reserve the right to make technical changes, errors and misprints, in particular Culinary Craft Tours may make price changes at any time and without prior notice.
For the customer, the price valid at the time of conclusion of the contract applies.

Liability
Culinary Craft Tours excludes any liability, regardless of its legal basis, as well as claims for damages against Culinary Craft Tours and any auxiliary persons and vicarious agents.
All claims for damages are excluded in cases of slight negligence. This does not apply to personal injury. The existence of slight or gross negligence, unless it is a consumer transaction, has to be proven by the injured party. The provisions on damages contained in these GTC or otherwise agreed shall also apply if the claim for damages is asserted in addition to or instead of a warranty claim.

Invalidity of individual provisions
The invalidity of individual provisions of the General Terms and Conditions or the contract does not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.

Photos/Videos
As part of the tours, photos and/or videos can be taken, which can (recognizably) depict the respective participants. If a participant does not wish this, he must inform the persons on site, in which case no photos/videos will be taken or only those that do not depict the participant in question.

These photos/videos can be used and exploited by the organizer in any way, in particular for the purpose of advertising its own offer on social media channels. The participants give their express consent to this.
